In-stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm go out on the next working day.

We send orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. Every piece is inspected by us before it's listed or dispatched. We only buy from trusted partners, suppliers and designer boutiques, never from anonymous listings.

We check materials and construction, labels and tags, style codes and barcodes, and packaging. Where a second opinion helps, we use LegitApp before listing.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free tracked return, re-inspect the item in full and, if it isn't authentic, refund you in full including delivery. Read our authenticity guarantee for the full detail.

No. Simetra Sourced is an independent retailer. We're not affiliated with or authorised by the brands we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the products.

Yes. Send us a brief with the piece, size and budget and we'll use our UK and EU network to track it down. Send a brief.

No. Sending a brief is free and there's no obligation to buy. You only pay once you've seen the price and said yes.

Once you approve the price, we take a deposit so we can buy the piece for you. For limited or high-demand pieces we may ask for full payment up front, and we'll always tell you before you commit.

It depends on the piece. We agree a timeframe with you before you pay anything, and keep you updated the whole way.

We regularly source Loro Piana, Chanel, Dior, Goyard, Moncler, Canada Goose, Stone Island, Supreme, ASICS and Saucony, across clothing, footwear, accessories, fragrance and cosmetics. If it's out there, ask us.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. Items need to come back unworn and in the condition you received them, with all tags and packaging. See our returns policy for how it works.

Your legal rights apply to sourced pieces just as they do to in-stock items. Our returns policy explains the process.

For hygiene reasons, fragrance and cosmetics can only be returned if the seal hasn't been broken. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Contact us straight away with photos. Faulty or incorrect items are always put right, whatever the reason.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

All the payment options we accept are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
