Dispatch times

In-stock orders placed before 4pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery service

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Delivery times are Royal Mail's estimates and aren't guaranteed.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging, so the contents aren't advertised in transit.

Sourced items

Pieces we source to order are dispatched once they've arrived with us, passed inspection and been paid for in full. We agree an expected timeframe with you before you pay and keep you updated throughout.

Your delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully when you order. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Delayed or lost parcels

Things outside our control, such as carrier disruption, bad weather or busy seasons, can sometimes cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, or your tracking hasn't updated, contact us. We'll investigate with Royal Mail and, if your parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
